Goal

Our goal is to provide students with high-quality acrylic paint markers to expand their creative possibilities in art projects. These versatile tools will allow students to create vibrant, precise, and long-lasting designs on paper, canvas, wood, fabric, ceramics, and more — fostering artistic expression, confidence, and pride in their work.

What will be done with my students

Currently, our art supplies are limited to traditional paints and brushes, which can be challenging for younger students or those with fine-motor skill difficulties. Acrylic paint markers provide an easy-to-control alternative while still offering the rich, opaque colors of acrylic paint. With them, students can add detailed line work, layer colors without smudging, and experiment with mixed-media projects.

Activities
● Introduce acrylic paint markers during art lessons across all grade levels.
● Provide demonstrations on techniques such as layering, blending, and outlining.
● Incorporate the markers into cross-curricular projects (science diagrams, historical timelines, literacy-based art).
● Display completed student work in school showcases, hallways, and community events.
