Goal
The goal of this project is to motivate kids to complete their work to the best of their ability and helping to create a positive classroom environment. The learning goal I would like to meet to that students are able to confidently keep doing their work and help others around them do so as well.

What will be done with my students
I will hold weekly raffles in my classroom. Students will receive tickets for:
-Standard mastery
-Positive Behaviors
-Classroom jobs
-Improving Grades
-Progress Goals
This past year my students loved earning their tickets then writing their names on the back and placing them in their class buckets. I then will choose a student to roll a dice landing on 1-6 and that's how many tickets I would draw that week. That means between the 3 blocks I would be handing out between 3-18 prizes weekly. On special week where they are really good I would let them roll 2 dices for extra rewards. Students started participating more and with the extra practice and confidence I saw improving grades.

Budget Narrative
The smaller prizes allow students to have a fun variety of choices in the prize box to pick from since many have different opinions. The bigger prizes I want to motivate for during tests that they student for higher grades. The school materials is for the students who just rather have something they will use for awhile or draw on.
