Budget Narrative

Readers' Theatre Arts and Craft Materials (Props Making and Designing) - $500:

Craft Supplies: Purchase of assorted art and craft materials, including paper, glue, paint, and other necessary items for creating props.
Tools: Acquisition of tools such as scissors, brushes, and cutting implements required for crafting props.
Design Materials: Budget allocation for materials that contribute to the visual design of props, enhancing the overall quality of the readers' theatre productions.

Readers' Theatre Costumes and Designs - $500:

Fabric and Materials: Purchase of fabrics, sewing materials, and accessories for creating costumes tailored to the specific needs of each performance.
Costume Design Tools: Allocation for tools like sewing machines, needles, and other equipment necessary for crafting detailed and visually appealing costumes.
Design Elements: Budget set aside for embellishments and design elements that enhance the aesthetic appeal of the costumes, contributing to the overall impact of the readers' theatre presentations.


Readers' Theatre Scripts and Reading Boxes Materials - $500:

Scripts: Budget for scripts (Storybooks, readers' theater boxes) for participants, ensuring each reader has a copy for rehearsals and performances.
Reading Boxes: Purchase of storage containers or boxes to organize and store scripts, making them easily accessible for participants during rehearsals and performances.
Reading Materials: Allocation for additional reading materials, including books and reference materials, to enrich the participants' understanding of the scripts and enhance their performances.
