Budget Narrative

This is the comprehensive proposal for the upcoming Advocacy Campaign launch, encompassing the creation of customized T-shirts for 200 students and the development of essential campaign materials, including posters and infographics.

1. Customized T-Shirt Design for 200 Students:

We propose the creation of customized T-shirts for 200 students, each costing $9 based on the current Amazon price list. The total cost for the T-shirts is calculated as follows:

Cost per T-shirt: $9
Number of T-shirts: 200
Total Cost: $9 x 200 = $1800

We acknowledge the potential for cost savings through exploring alternative suppliers. Therefore, we will engage with our bookkeeper to assess other options. In the event of approval and a lower cost price, any savings will be utilized to either increase the T-shirt quantity or accommodate the growing number of English Language Learners (ELL) by ordering for our ESOL team.

2. Advocacy Campaign Launching Materials:

To complement our campaign, we propose investing $100 in creating impactful materials, including posters and infographics. These visual elements are essential for effectively conveying our message and engaging our target audience.

This proposed budget is contingent on the current pricing from our chosen supplier. We are committed to exploring cost-effective alternatives to ensure the responsible use of resources while maintaining the quality of our campaign materials.
