What will be done with my students
Incorporating Collective Teacher Efficacy (CTE) into our professional development program aligns with the latest research and the insights of education thought leaders like John Hattie. By fostering CTE, we aim to empower our teachers to collaboratively improve their instructional practices, leading to enhanced student outcomes. This grant proposal seeks support for our initiative to reward and incentivize teachers for their participation in the Pineapple Chart system, which promotes the kind of collaborative environment conducive to building Collective Teacher Efficacy.
By investing in our teachers and nurturing their belief in their collective impact, we can make a profound difference in the lives of our students, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds. We appreciate your consideration and support for this critical project.
This project will also benefit the more than 200 students in our culinary arts program by supporting their cafe and providing an opportunity to practice their cooking and serving skills.
