Goal
To create a safe and welcoming environment for a very high needs special education class.
What will be done with my students
Students in this class each have their own learning styles and challenges and their classroom tools and materials need to reflect their unique skills and abilities.
These items will provide modifications and accommodations to assist students in learning. Dry erase markers and pockets allow for repeated practice of skills. Visual timer assists students with learning the routine and handling transitions. And fidgets and sensory items help students achieve sensory regulation.

These resources will provide a space for students and faculty where they will be safe and can best learn and meet their educational goals.
