Goal

To create another communication channel for students regarding volunteer, scholarship, military, college, and career opportunities through the use of digital media.

What will be done with my students

Students will have the information more visible to them in real time. This will be utilized year-round due to the plethora of information that is constantly becoming available.

Benefits to my students

Students will have another channel of communication. The tvs will be filled with opportunities and qr codes to make collecting information easier. They can easily snap a picture or scan the qr code, instead of carrying around loose papers. This will benefit the entire student body as this will be an information hub for all things college and career related.

Describe the Students

I have a diverse student body. Most are high achievers however, all do not have access or are unaware of scholarship, military, college, and career information and opportunities that are available to them.

Budget Narrative

One flat screen to be placed inside of the College and Career Center.

The second flat screen to be placed on rolling cart. This cart will live in the cafeteria or front office near where students enter from the courtyard. This cart will also be used during senior scholarship night (parent event), open houses, etc.
