Goal
The goal of this project is to motivate and celebrate students for their good behavior and accomplishments.
What will be done with my students
This project will be implemented all year long. Students love to be celebrated for their accomplishments and achievements. Many students at the school do struggle in at least one academic area, so celebrating even the little milestones, whether that be academic or behavior, is a big deal. It can also be the extra nudge they need to keep going!! It will keep students motivated and on track with our math and science curriculum, to better prepare them for the state requirements and 5th grade.
Benefits to my students
The expected outcome from the project is at least 50 students in 4th grade will be more motivated to behave and perform in the classroom, while giving them choices for their individual achievements. Ultimately making the students feel more confident and successful.

Students will have a variety of options to choose from in each category: fidget toys, snacks, candy, or bracelets.
