Goal
These books and activity books would help teach students critical skills to acknowledge, accept and manage their emotions and feelings. The books will also teach life skills to students.
What will be done with my students
Students enter kindergarten with all different backgrounds and emotional experiences. These books and activity books would help teach students critical skills to acknowledge, accept and manage their emotions and feelings. The life skill books will also teach like skills to students.
Benefits to my students
These books and activity cards will make social emotional learning fun and in turn make my classroom an inviting, safe place for all students.
Budget Narrative
Each box set comes with 8 books. Two sets include plush toys to use with the activities; displaying them will also help students remember the emotions and feelings we have learned and will serve as a reminder to continually use them.
