Goal

Students will have access to the latest online leveled readers to use during reading groups. The ipads will also be used to provide practice on the individual skills each student is working on.
Ipads will also be used to do technology projects and peer teach

What will be done with my students

Students will create powerpoint presentations, keynote presentations, work with comic life and imovie to present their peers and other grades.
The ipads will be used in small reading groups to read on-level books, practice the skills that need reinforcements and take advantage of programs that are only offered online. Learning communities like Khan Academy for enrichment.

Benefits to my students

* Public speaking and teaching a concept learned.
* Collaborate with peers to create presentations using technology.
*Students will read books online and do research.
* Students will use technology to share their projects with parents and peers.
* Students will become part of online learning communities and use online resources for research.
* STudents will use Ipads in small reading groups to meet the individual needs. The level of the books will be appropriate and the support needed will be there.
