Goal

The goal of this grant is to add additional funding to my Lego robotics program. The Lego robotics program allows students to build math, engineering, and science skills. It allows students to explore coding and working collaboratively.  

 

What will be done with my students

Additional materials will be added to our Lego Robotics program. Students build robots using Legos then codes to make them move. Students work collaboratively with other students to create their robot, program it to move or complete a task. The students use Kindle Fires 7 HD to code and move their robots. Students also code and move Suphero robotic balls.  

 

Benefits to my students

Students will use math, science and engineering skills. They will be working collaboratively with peers.  

 

Budget Narrative

The Kindle Fire 7 HD are use to code and control the robots and robotic balls. The robotic balls can be used to code and move around on a desired path.
