Goal
The goal of this project is to provide students with more hands-on experiences during science instruction.
What will be done with my students
The project is providing us materials that will help make learning more fun for students throughout the whole year and many of the materials can be reused in future years. Each of the materials listed can be used for several of our 4th grade science standards. Students will be using these materials while learning about the scientific method, life cycles, moon phases, energy, and plants.
Benefits to my students
By providing students with more hands-on learning opportunities, they will have real-life experiences that will help them grasp 4th grade standards better and apply to their own life. The project will benefit at least 50 students this year and other students in the future.
Budget Narrative
Students will have access to materials throughout the year, during science instruction.
