Goal

The goal of this project is to provide my students with an alternative seating option to the standard classroom desk and chair. 

What will be done with my students

With the purchase of this set of floor cushions, students will have the opportunity to stretch their legs and their thinking skills while choosing a new place to sit. Often times, students beg to sit on the floor to work. Unfortunately, our floors are all tile. These cushions would allow students a more comfortable place to sit while they work. 

Benefits to my students

The benefit of these seat cushions in the classroom is that it allows students an alternative seating option to the standard desk and chair. Students spend many hours sitting in the classroom and having the ability to change how they are sitting is so helpful for students who need a variety of options. These seats provide another way for students to focus and learn when they need a change in seating. 

Budget Narrative

This budget covers the cost of a set of 6 floor cushions and tax needed to purchase them.
