Goal
My goal is to deepen student vocabulary utilizing Gamkit's fast paced game show platform that will allow students to invest in their own learning.
What will be done with my students
Gamkit will allow me to review vocabulary words in a group based or independent setting. Unlike other online platforms, such as Kahoot and Quizzez (which kids love), this platform also has a draw it and collaboration features that which give students more control of their learning as well as demonstrate their understanding in all subject areas.
Benefits to my students
This will benefit my students by introducing them to another level of engagement within their learning. There is always a new type of game show to play, it allows for quick formative assessments, and allows students to learn while having fun!
Budget Narrative
Gimkit is billed monthly for $4.99 per month or a one time payment of 59.88. I would pay for the year and students would have access to Gamkit and Gamkit Ink which allows for collaborative work.
