Goal(s)

The flexible seating stools would enable my students to be able to move while staying seated and improve their overall focus. Letting my students be able to move while working would allow for natural motion and enhance their abilities to learn and do their personal best.

Project Description

Enjoy fun and flexible seating with these 360 degree stools for students. These stools will allow all students throughout the day, to stay focused and do their personal best . I am asking for 4 stools, so that all of my students will be able to use them and take turns being able to flexible move and stretch so that they can do their personal best. These stools will allow flexible seating for all of my students from year to year.

Expected Outcomes

The use of flexible seating in my classroom will promote more focused learning for active children. Flexible seating stools are a safer alternative to 4 legged chairs, which children tend to rock on when they are distracted and have to get their wiggles out. The flexible stools will enable my students to have an opportunity to stretch and move, without causing disruption or distraction to their classmates. They will also allow students who have a difficult time sitting to do their personal best.

Purpose of Funding

I will us this grant to purchase four wobble stools for my students.
