Project Description

The Banner Making Club at Veterans Memorial Elementary aims to foster creativity, collaboration, and school spirit among students in grades K–5. We are requesting funding to purchase essential materials to support our students in designing and creating banners for school events, celebrations, and special recognitions. These banners will serve as visual expressions of student voices and promote a vibrant, inclusive school culture.

Expected Outcomes

Success will be measured by the number of students participating, the number of banners created and displayed, and feedback from students, teachers, and parents. Photos will be documented and shared with the school community.

Purpose of Funding

These funds will give students the tools they need to share their ideas and creativity with the entire school. The Banner Making Club will empower students, strengthen school community, and bring color and meaning to our school during special events, celebrations, and decorate classrooms and common areas.
