Impact to My Classroom

# of Students Impacted: 77

With the generous grant awarded to me through Champions For Learning I was able to enhance math class for 6th, 8th and 9th graders! Learning math does not always come easy for all students. Using these fidgets to practice multiplication facts and playing fraction and decimal war helped my students become better mathematicians! These math tools were accessible to students daily on my shelf and all were able to participate in learning math using games!

Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to learn in a fun and interactive way! Any time class ended early I could always count on my students to beg me to allow them to play math games. This was all made possible because of Champions For Learning! Thank you!

Goal

These dynamic tools make practicing Math exciting and effortless. Replace dull drills with kinetic, colorful learning, making math sessions enjoyable and effective for students of all ages. Students will be more confident in their math facts.

Learning Aids - Sunshine state book sets, robotics kits, puzzle boards, science models, engineering supplies, etc. 

 

What will be done with my students

We will elevate our math skills by challenging ourselves to solve equations quickly. Compete with friends to see who can answer the most questions correctly, adding a competitive edge that keeps learning fresh and exciting. 

 

Benefits to my students

Students will have fun while practicing math skills (multiplication and division facts, decimals, fractions, and order of operations). Students will be able to build on this knowledge to grasp more challenging and complex math.
