Original Grant Overview
Goal
My goal is to create a unique space for students that will allow them to be creative, effectively communicate and sharpen their critical thinking skills while they are in the Media Center
What will be done with my students
Makerspaces allows students to create and produce their own products to not only express their learning but also encompass them into their daily lives. I would like to add critical thinking activities for students to us while they are in the Media Center.
Benefits to my students
We would like to have a variety of creative and fun activities for students to use when in the Media Center. Since every student is different and unique I would like different and unique activities for students to use during their Makers Space time. From coloring books to rubrics cubes to puzzles every student will find something that will spark their creative engines.
