Goal
The goal of this grant is to provide our students with different opportunities in the classroom to grow their daily living skills and vocational skills in order for them to be successful once the program is completed.
What will be done with my students
Our students will be working on various daily living skills such as cleaning tasks and vocational tasks. We will also use the money to buy materials to support our student enterprise where we shop/take orders/cook and deliver food to staff. We also make various holiday crafts to sell.
Benefits to my students
Through this grant my students will be able to work on both old and new skills and make the best out of being on campus and not being able to get off campus to work on the skills they normally would as often. In every situation there is good and I believe we can do great things still. Our students will be so proud of the things they can make with this grant!!
Budget Narrative
The money will be used to buy materials for the enterprise activities. We will also use the money to buy the necessary cleaning products and vocational things we need to set up the tasks in the classroom.
