Goal
Our goal is to provide all kindergarten students with a planner, which will serve as an organizational tool to foster the relationship between families and school to set our students up for success.
What will be done with my students
Each student will use their planner to communicate homework assignments, school events, and keep in contact with families. This will allow teachers and students to build strong relationships and be able to set individual student goals as well as share when student's are meeting school expectations in academics, character building, and demonstrating the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Kids.
Benefits to my students
Palmetto Elementary is in it's first year of Leader in Me. One of the habits is Be Proactive. By providing our students planners students are able to make sure that they are working to set themselves up for success.

Planners are 2.50 and would be purchased for 90 kindergarten students
