Impact to My Classroom

# of Students Impacted: 19

Students had headphones to use for many different actvities on the computer. Students use them for their iReady reading program and for math and science lessons as well.  Headphones were also used for state testing with students who have specific accomodations. Many of my students didn't have headphones of their own, so having access to headphones at all times was a huge win for the students! I hope to get many years of use out of the headphones.

Original Grant Overview

Goal

To have a set of headphones in my classroom that I can provide to students when needed.

What will be done with my students

Students use headphones throughout the school day for online programs such as iReady, Flocab, and Legends for Learning. They also use them for multiple assessments throughout the year. When students don't have a pair of headphones, then I will have headphones in the classroom for them to use.

Benefits to my students

Students will have headphones to use when they don't have a pair of their own. Students need headphones for online programs we use in the classroom. Headphones are also needed for students who have classroom and testing accommodations. Students also need headphones for several assessments they take throughout the year.
