My goal is for students to be engaged in using their critical thinking skills to solve mysteries and learn along the way! I received the Breakout Kit with a grant last year, and am asking for a renewal of the annual subscription, and a new expansion pack that gives more challenges and hands on elements.
Students will be placed into groups and will be given an academic "mystery" to solve. By working together, completing activities and following clues, they will work to "break out" of the box to find what is hidden inside!
These fun, educational puzzles come in a wide array of topics and subjects, fostering both student's academic and social development. Many games are designed to be standards aligned, and are also cross-curricula, hitting all subject areas. Each Breakout EDU kit gives access to play thousands of digital and kit-based immersive learning games. Students are engaged and excited about learning, while collaborating to problem solve in groups.
The price of $130.00 covers the cost of the expansion pack and the yearly subscription.
