Impact to My Classroom

# of Students Impacted: 200

Thanks to my Champions for Learning Happy, Healthy ME grant, I have been able to purchase 3 exercise/fitness mats for the students of the Lower School.  At Seacrest, part of our Lower School curriculum focuses on Motor Skill and Fitness.  Within that theme, students are taught how to perform balances and display body control.  The new equipment I was able to purchase with this grant will allow our students to explore more options of balances as well as elevate their performance into more challenging skills.
