The keyboard, pedal and table stand have been used almost everyday this school year to assist the Lake Park Elementary students with singing and various demonstrations using rhythms, styles and tempos.  The students were able to create many sounds with their imaginations and it allowed us to perform various songs in different types of settings.  The flexibility of having the keyboard on wheels allowed us to use the piano in different places around the room.  As some of our Covid restrictions were lifted more and more of the students were able to use the keyboard.  This allowed for more creativity from the students.  All of our K-5 students were able to experience the keyboard at one time or another, possibly playing it or performing along with it.  As a special bonus, this keyboard will serve us for years to come and allow future students this opportunity.  It will be fun to watch this growth continue in the future!  As an added bonus, combining the use of this keyboard with the "Keyboards For Future Success" grant, every student at Lake Park Elementary School was able to use a keyboard all by themselves without having to share the keyboard experience and only get to play/learn part of the time.  This was an amazing experience!
