Goal

My goal is to provide the most calm and soothing environment to help enhance student learning and growth. 

What will be done with my students

Students are sitting at desk and tables for a majority of the day with bright lights shining from above. Often, the children complain of headaches and even anxiety. With the florescent light covers and calming water feature, students will experience a sense of calmness and tranquility. 

Benefits to my students

The light covers and water feature will bring an overall calmness and add a soothing environment by decreasing glare and flickering from overhead fluorescent lights and providing a calming water feature for them to listen to and watch. 

Budget Narrative

I am asking for two sets of fabric panels in light blue. Each set contains four 2x4 heat resistant panels that fit over standard ceiling fixtures with sturdy, sewn in magnets. I am also asking for Decorative Tabletop Fountain: Bring a calming, zen, and decorative feel to any room; 3 tiers create a gentle soothing flow of water replicating the sights and sounds of a tranquil spring.
