Original Grant Overview
Goal
The goal is to obtain 6 Active Stools for my students to be able to sit and be able to wobble while they learn.
What will be done with my students
The stools will be used at the teacher stations during centers. Students will go from station to station and they will be able to use these once a day. I have a total of 65 students, with more students likely to come.
Benefits to my students
Students will benefit from having the freedom to move around. I have used these before and I have seen how beneficial they are. Students can focus more on the teacher while wobbling lightly as they sit, and this reduces their fidgeting. These stools are excellent tools!
