Goal

My students in AP Research and AICE Global Perspectives & Research must present their research findings in a video recorded presentation that is sent to and scored by either Cambridge or College Board. We try to make these presentations as professional as possible. The presentation clicker device would make seamless transitions between the PowerPoint slides and points that the students are making. The students would be in control of their presentation and wouldn't have to depend on checking their visual aids and instead can focus on the content and purpose of their research presentations.  

What will be done with my students

The students will use the presentation clicker to create a smooth research presentation where their message is enhanced with their visual aid. This will take away from the distraction of walking over to the computer to go to the next slide and instead students can focus on their main message.  

Benefits to my students

The students will have more success with your research presentations because they will have the ability to focus more on what they are speaking, instead of the visual aid. The presentation clicker will allow them to have smooth transitions between slides and it will allow them to remain focused on the message in their speech, rather than whether the visual aid is accurate.
