Goal

The goal is to provide sensory-friendly environment for students who struggle with stimming behaviors, such as jumping and running.

What will be done with my students

Sensory seating and a crash pad will be used to help create a more comfortable classroom where students feel welcomed and are ready to learn. Students will be encouraged to use sensory seating and the crash pad to help regulate their behaviors and so they are engaged learners.

Benefits to my students

Students will have improved behavior management skills and will be able to regulate themselves by having sensory seating options that support sensory issues.
