Goal

The goal of this grant is to increase participation with students who would normally not raise their hand to read or answer questions.

What will be done with my students

The Qball is a round mic that can be thrown around the classroom from one student to another. It comes with a cover to be washed and a UVC sterilizer that will keep the students from transferring germs. Students will be more engaged in lessons and activities which will increase participate and grades. This will also help improve their understanding and remembering of the content resulting in higher grades and higher scores on district/state assessments.

Benefits to my students

All students will have access to the Qball during lessons. Students that are not likely to read or answer questions because they speak softly, will now have the opportunity to have their voices heard.

Budget Narrative

2 Qballs will be purchased with this grant. The Qball PRO Bundle includes the cover, UVC sterilizer and the Qball PRO. It will be purchased directly from QBall. The total for the 2 is $585.98.
