Goal

FTSS To have much needed supplies for projects for undeserved students in Make-up, Set and Costume Design for my Tech Theatre and Theatre Honors classes.

What will be done with my students

Guided practice for design in all tech areas of theatre student group and individual projects. Often their designs can be showcased or used in a school production. Some can take these projects to District or State competition and are scholarship eligible.

Benefits to my students

Pride, confidence in their skills, developing and broadening their talents, job opportunities in theatre arts as well as something they can take with them into any profession.

Describe the Students

I have students ranging from gifted to L35 and ESE.

Budget Narrative

Design projects require drafting , cutting, coloring and corrections. Watercolor pencils are ideal for adding color, however some students prefer markers or regular color pencils for their work. I priced items from Office Depot, Michael's and Walmart.
