Goal

To provide fun and engaging literacy center activities for students to develop their phonics skills. My goal is to provide activities that feel like games but at the same time promote learning.

What will be done with my students

Items will be placed in the word work literacy center for students to do independently. I would like to provide multiple activities within the center to differentiate student needs and provide them with choice.

Benefits to my students

This will allow my class to practice phonics skills that they can apply to both their reading and writing.

Describe the Students

I have a range of high and low performers in my classroom. I have 2 ESOL students, and 1 ESE student.
