Original Grant Overview

Goal

To provide portfolios and tab dividers for all of my students to use during student lead conferences.

What will be done with my students

Students will use portfolios to track their gifted goals and provide documentation through work samples.

Benefits to my students

Students and parents will be able to see first hand how they have shown growth in all 7 areas of gifted education.

Describe the Students

Being a Title 1 school, we have a very high ELL population 25% and a very low socioeconomic status 89%. These children need to be able to use their creativity in hands on opportunities that they otherwise would not have exposure to.

Budget Narrative

Being Title 1, we have 89% LOW SES. Many students need additional funding for supplies.
