Impact to My Classroom

# of Students Impacted: 18

Each student was able to fully grasp the difficult vocabulary in the text. They each were able to utilize their own book in group and individual projects. Thank you so much for helping my class.

Original Grant Overview

Goal

Provide artistic and other opportunities that improve student engagement in school.

What will be done with my students

The students will be able to have their own copy of The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane and be able to really study the novel. The students will be able to enrich their vocabulary, learn about character traits, how different events have cause and effect and see how characters can change in a novel.

Benefits to my students

Students will enrich their love for reading.
