Goal

To give hands on materials for STEM students to use for creative hands on problem solving. 

 

What will be done with my students

This blocks will allow STEM students in my STEM Academy and my classroom students to have hands on problem solving tools. It will also be able to be used in Math to show real world angles, shapes, to measure perimeter and area, etc. 

 

Benefits to my students

This will directly benefit the Primary STEM Academy of 40 students and 2 teachers and my own classroom of 18 students. 

 

Describe the Students

Students are from different financial backgrounds, ESE students and a mix of low and high performers. 

 

Budget Narrative

My project will include 2 architectural standard unit block sets, one standard unit block set and a construction set in a box.
