Goal

To be engaged in learning about their natural environment.

What will be done with my students

We will grow crops from seeds to fruit/vegetables on your plate. We will have a mini greenhouse as well as an observation plate where children can see through the clear plastic to the root of the growing plant. We will discuss natural food and eat the fruits and vegetables that we grow.

Benefits to my students

Children will be engaged and connected to their natural environment. They will learn about where food comes from. They will learn about how to take care of a crops from seed to harvest.
