Goal

To provide 'research stations' so that students have easy access to classroom technology for enrichment of current learning goals and to pursue specific interests.

What will be done with my students

Students love technology. These desktops will put technology at their fingertips. They will be able to use them to help with laboratory activities, projects, independent research, carousel activities, group work, and more.

Benefits to my students

Students will be able to control their own learning and peak their interest by having the ability to do their own research on specific disciplines of science.

Describe the Students

Large population of ESE and low socio-economic status. We were given hand me down desktops from another school last year, and they were broken when we tried to use them. The students were very disappointed. I want to provide them with the tools other schools seem to acquire with ease so that they may stay competitive.

Budget Narrative

For a Title I school, our funding is low. My kids deserve the same tools that are available to more affluent schools.
