Goal

The goal of this grant is to provide supplies to students in 7th grade engineering who cannot afford or obtain them on their own.

What will be done with my students

Students who cannot afford paper, pencils, binders, rulers, etc., will be provided with these supplies for the 2015-2016 school year. These supplies will allow them to complete engineering projects and document fundamental engineering concepts.

Benefits to my students

Students will have all of the materials they need to be successful, and this will alleviate any stress on them and their families to provide these supplies for them.

Describe the Students

Students are of mixed abilities. We have ESE, ELL, and Gifted students, and levels 1-5 for FCAT Reading and Math. There are seven students entering the 7th grade that have been identified as Socioeconomically Disadvantaged.
