Goal

I'd like to keep my students organized and keep a portfolio of all their work and their learning goals in one place to use in student lead conferences and to justify their learning.

What will be done with my students

Students will keep their goal sheets, learning scales, and evidence in their portfolio notebooks to help them keep track of their learning in a transparent way for parents, teachers, and student can identify weaknesses and strengths.

Benefits to my students

Students will take a much larger role in their learning and their progress in meeting all the learning standards of the grade level. This helps students become more organized and better focused on what needs to be learned and become successful.

Describe the Students

My students are low income students who typically come to school without any supplies. The majority of the time it comes out of pocket. My students as a majority are below grade level and need the organization and structure to become successful.
