Goal

To provide ASD students with the opportunity to go to the Zoo and see many of the animals we learn about at school in person.

What will be done with my students

Spend the day at Lowry Park Zoo and participate in the Inside look tour.

Benefits to my students

Students on the Autism Spectrum learn best when seeing the information via visuals. How amazing will it be for my students to learn new information by first hand experience!! They will gain an understanding of the size of different animals, they will learn animal needs and what living things need to survive.

Describe the Students
