Original Grant Overview

Goal

To provide additional equipment on the playground that is accessible to all students, regardless of their physical handicaps. 

 

What will be done with my students

Students will be able to play on the playground with their nonhandicapped peers. 

 

Benefits to my students

Access to inclusive play equipment benefits both the students with special needs and their nonhandicapped peers. 

 

Budget Narrative

This free-standing activity panel is constructed on ground level, so that all students have access to it even if they are wheelchair bound.
