Original Grant Overview
Goal
I would like to implement this project to provide activities that focus on science, technology, engineering, and math to empower my students to build problem solving skills, teamwork capabilities and perseverance. My goal is to set up a learning environment that cultivates exploration and inquiry and provide opportunities for hands on learning. My students will explore, investigate, ask questions and work together to discover answers.

Benefits to my students
Exposing my students to STEAM at a young age supports their overall academic growth and develops early thinking and reasoning skills. These real-life skills will help make my students better problem solvers and learners.

Purchasing a Light table, blocks and hands on manipulatives for building vehicles, bridges, and robots for exploring designs cause and effects and identifying attributes.
