Goal

The goal of this grant is to empower educators by providing the opportunity to attend the Get Your Teach On's National Conference in Orlando in 2026. They will gain innovative teaching strategies, fresh inspiration, and research-based best practices. By investing in this experience, we aim to enhance classroom engagement, boost teacher morale, and bring high-energy, student-centered learning back to our schools, ultimately benefiting both educators and students alike.  

What will be done with my students

This grant will help teachers grow, so they can provide students with the best possible education benefitting them in several ways.

1. Engaging, High-Energy Lessons - Teachers will bring back innovative strategies to create more interactive and dynamic learning experiences.

2. Increased Student Motivation - Fresh ideas from the conference will help boost student engagement and excitement for learning.

3. Stronger Teacher-Student Connections - Teachers will gain tools to foster deeper relationships, making learning more meaningful.

4. New Resources & Techniques - Teachers will introduce creative instructional methods and classroom management strategies to support all learners.

5. A More Inspired Teacher - Attending GYTO will reignite passion and enthusiasm, creating a more positive and energetic classroom environment.

Budget Narrative

This budget is allocated for the 2026 Get Your Teach On National Conference, as the 2025 conference in Dallas takes place in June, making it outside the current funding timeline. Planning ahead ensures our teachers have the opportunity to attend and bring back valuable strategies for the following school year.
