Goal
To obtain 2 or more Ipads to be used in place of live piano accompanists.
What will be done with my students
Students will be able to use the Ipads to rehearse their individual solos using the Smartmusic software system that will be purchased by the band program. The Smartmusic system allows students to have instant feedback on his/her performance.
Benefits to my students
This will save the students and band program approximately $1000 per year as we are currently hiring pianists to perform with the students at an average cost of $500 per person.
