My goal is for students to have hands-on opportunities to explore math, science, and engineering concepts.
This project will benefit students by allowing them hands-on opportunities for exploring and learning math, science, and engineering concepts. These activities will be part of STEM centers in our classroom. Students will be able to put learning into action with opportunities for enriching math and science concepts.
Student understanding of math and science concepts will increase. Student interest in the math and science concepts being taught will increase. Academic achievement and test scores will improve as interest and understanding of subject matter increases.
Cost of all items is $1,023.90. Hand2mind offers free shipping on purchases over $99. Lakeshore charges a 15% shipping fee, so that would be $93.72. I could pick the items up at Lakeshore to avoid the shipping cost if needed.
