The funding of this project will allow our classroom to coloaborate on technological resources, particiapte in high interest research and create, manage and up keep online portfolios in an effort to reduce our paper usage and ecological footprint.
The four ipads requested will be utilized for research, high interest reading through various online reading websites, for quick check assessments either through video, photo, or online submissions.
Students will not only be able to increase their technological skills, but reduce unnecessary paper waste in an effort to minimize our classroom's global foot print.
Students will increase their technological skills.
Teachers and students will minimize the amount of paper utilized by participating in a variety of assessment techniques and styles.
Students will also have access to more high interest reading materials utilizing school and online programs.
