Goal

Our goal is to provide the skills and practice needed for students to enter the job market in the food service industry with hands on experience in food preparation and sanitation.

What will be done with my students

With funding, the students will get hands on practice with food preparation units such as salads, desserts, eggs, breakfast foods, soups, and meats throughout the school year.

Benefits to my students

The benefit for the student will be the experience with food preparation and kitchen skills that can give them a competitive edge over other job applicants. The benefit for businesses will be less time and money involved in the training process.

Budget Narrative

This budget will help with the costs of student food labs throughout the year as each unit is covered,
