Goal

Use sandbag fitness to help increase strength, burn fat and endurance as an alternative to traditional weight lifting. 

 

What will be done with my students

Once a week sandbag training will be used in class in place of bench and barbell workouts. Being able to vary student workouts enables them to cross-train and make significant improvements in strength and conditioning.
