Goal
To raise funds to help purchase weekly readers. The weekly readers help students to read non-fiction text that will prepare them for the 3rd grade FSA.
What will be done with my students
Students will be given a weekly reader that has science and social studies topics that are covered for the year. They will read and answer question based on the information in the weekly reader ie text, pictures, captions, charts.
Benefits to my students
Reading non-fiction text will help students to be better prepared for the FSA test in 3rd grade.
