Goal

The goal is to provide healthy and unique opportunities for Ridgecrest students to discover their talents learning tumbling skills, flexibility, balance and stretching through a gymnastics club that will be implemented at Ridgecrest Elementary School. 

 

What will be done with my students

Students will be provided with lessons on how to warm up and stretch in order to execute basic gymnastic skills, ie. balance, tumbling, and dance once a week throughout the school year. 

 

Benefits to my students

Students will benefit from learning how to safely do gymnastics which will improve their health and fitness. 

 

Describe the Students

This opportunity will be offered to all of our 3-5 students in the gifted program and general education population.
