Goal

To maintain the supplies needed for our large hydroponic garden and 9 ground gardens so that students have an outdoor learning space.

What will be done with my students

Students set up the gardens, plant seeds, care for the plants, harvest the produce, and break down the gardens for the summer.

Benefits to my students

The students see the needs of plants, how to care for them, and where our food comes from. They also learn the parts of plants and the parts that we eat. They see the importance of pollinators and food chains.
